Origami Nets

The following video shows a simple construction of a pyramid net. The angle of rotation of each face can be specified by a direct input of values or dragging. Use the slider to fold and unfold. Experimenting on these angles may lead to better understanding of angles between faces (planes).
The faces can be easily rearranged to experience another way of folding, but making the same polyhedron. Angles between different pairs of faces will then be put in focus.

In the following demonstration, an interesting net of eight equilateral triangles is folded in different ways to make two different polyhedra. One of them is a regular octahedron. The other one is introduced in the MathWorld page.
